We ship to many countries. Shipping options, carrier availability, and rates are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Some regions have restrictions on flammable goods like alcohol-based fragrances. Duties and taxes may apply.

Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Standard domestic delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days. Express options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Unopened and unused items can usually be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept used fragrances. Please contact support with your order number to request a return authorization.

Select fragrances are available as samples or discovery sets. Availability varies by brand and season. If samples are available, you will see size options on the product page at checkout.

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Perfume Paradise account to view real-time tracking updates on the Orders page.

Store fragrances upright in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid temperature swings and humidity. Keeping the cap tightly closed reduces evaporation and preserves the scent.
